KW Clubsport camber plates adjustability question.

I installed my clubsports the other day, and I have not got an alignment yet, but am hoping to run a -2.6 -2.7 up front, but it looks like there will be limited range of camber adjustment due to the hole being too small. Take a look below, the adjustment screws will not be able to be tightened if i went any further negative.

The Vorshlag plates i ran with my ohlins had a different type of adjustability.

Let me know what you guys think. Is it safe to slot out the area to give the adjustment screw further adjustability?

I had the same issue, had to slot the tower and touch up with paint.

Any structural integrity harm in doing this? I would imagine not, but just checking.

What was the max amount of negative camber you were able to achieve without slotting the tower?

I just slotted the inner lower ring, a race shop mentioned doing this before so I did so before installation.

just set the neg camber with the damper off the car now you have an idea where you need it to be, personally i wouldnt slot the strut towers as it just doesnt look neat and also come resale it looks very "modded" if you get me...

my way is little more time consuming but is the better way, now... if their was a way of making the actual opening larger very neatly id be all for that.

The problem with this method is actually getting it aligned by a shop (i don't do my own alignments). To drop the strut every time and make those adjustments would be redundant to do in the parking lot of the shop lol.
