Do the CF caps replace the body-colored or unpainted caps that came with the mirrors originally? I dig the 1M mirrors but not the CF.

They replace the body colored caps. Sadly, I do not have them but would not be hard to find as they are the same as the E90 and E92 M3 caps.

Hey confirm for me these are 3-pin connector mirrors? I checked my cars plug which is 5-wire but forgot to check the actual pins on my mirror to confirm its the 3 pin per the info in the DIY. Still interested.
