OEM springs
Will any oem springs off any e9x m3 fit any other e9x m3? I'm trying to help a buddy put his car to stock and he needs to know what to get. Does it matter if it has Edc? Thanks. His is a 2010 E90

You can look up part numbers on getbmwparts.com or see if aftermarket springs are sold by model, which I don't think they are.

No. e90 and e92 M3 have different springs. There are even different springs within each model depending on options. More than most parts, oem springs are a very VIN dependent part. |

Most 6MT E92's and E90's seem to have shipped with the same spring code: X1 front, X2 rear. It's when DCT and ZCP start to get involved that you really see a lot of variation at least in US cars
