Chassis Function Restricted

'16 X5M. This appeared once when it had 20 miles on it. Forgot about it and nothing was said at the 1200 miles service. The car has about 2000 miles on it now and happened again. Except now it felt like a thud from the back end. Any ideas?

My guess is its a faulty ARS module. I had this same thing on my 2010 X5M and that's what it was.
