Can I Get Fineline Pure Wood Trim?

Hello everyone,

A buddy of mine has an X5 with the Fineline Pure Wood Trim and it looks amazing. Those of you who have seen it know what I'm talking about! My question is...is it possible to get this trim on an F80? It seems like pretty much any combination is possible with BMW Individual but I wanted to confirm that it is in fact possible and also get some insight as to how much an option like this would cost?

My local dealer has a demo F82 with brown exterior and beige/wood interior.. The car doesnt look so aggressive and not an M style combination. I would say it may fit an M6 GC maybe but not an F8x. At the end its only my opinion!

Is that different from this?

Thats a standard trim option.

I'm doing something similar on my F80. The parts cost roughly $800. I thought about ordering as an Individual item but got the impression that they would charge me more than what the parts cost, so I ordered the parts and will install on the car myself when it gets here in mid-March.

I'm doing Walnut on Amaro as none of the other wood trim look right with Amaro.

Id think about doing carbon and then selling the carbon to recoup costs when you replace with new trim. I'm sure there are people on the board who want it.

I'm absolutely sure it looks and feels awesome in person but in this picture it looks like plastic and something not very sporty.

I'm not a fan of wood veneer paneling in cars, it just looks out of place outside of antique cars and wood carts, to my eye.

But I'm sure there are people out there who love wood. Thus, BMW Individual will take your money to make you happy. <Insert pun here>

Give your CA a call, and have him get back to you with a quote.

Yes, it's different. The one I'm referring to is textured like the image in the original post.
