Seeking Advice for Euro Delivery things/place - Nuremberg to Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Hello all. This is our plan for the third day and again thanks for taking a look at my post. There is such a wealth of information amongst the community and I hope to tap into some of that experience. I'm due to take delivery of my M4 in Munich on May 20th and am planning a 14 day driving tour through the German states of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hessen.

I'm posting the list of towns for each day in a separate post to keep the focus of a particular day together, so would appreciate if the conversation only discusses those towns or ones close by the route.

On this day, we will leave Nuremburg heading for Rothenburg ob der Tauber passing through/by the following towns/municipalities:

1. Heilsbronn
2. Lichtenau
3. Sachsen bei Ansbach
4. Ansbach - stop

   Residenz Ansbach
   Hofgarten / Leonhart-Fuchs-Garten
   St. Gumbertus Church

5. Lehrberg
6. Colmberg - drive by Burg Colmberg
7. Geslau
8. Rothenburg ob der Tauber - overnight stay

   Marktplatz
   Rathaus/Rathausturm
   Kriminalmuseum
   Plönlein
   Town Wall
   St. Jakobskirche
   Night Watchman's tour

Any advice on specific route planned, time to allow for sights, places to eat, or items not on the list of things to do/see will be appreciated.
