2016 M3 Ed & Pcd

Hey guys, just been lurking on this board for a year or so and am close to making this M3 happen for ED & PCD. This forum has been a wealth of information and really appreciate all the help everyone has provided. This is the deal I got for ED - $69,422. Below is the build which has an ED MSRP of $71570. The ED Invoice I calculated was $65819. Let me know your thoughts on this.

I emailed several dealers and this is one of the first ones I heard back from. Some dealers were offering me prices that were above ED MSRP. LOL! The other thing to note is that this dealer has a current allocation and the car is in a 111 status, so I have to act relatively quickly to change the build to meet my specifications.

Agreed.
+$4K on ED order is moderately outrageous.

Are you in a hurry, or have time to shop around?
If you have the desire and the patience, you will find an ED order for $500-1500 over ED invoice.

Status 111 (Order Accepted at AG) means that your dealer has already placed the order for someone, and that person has either cancelled, or the dealer is willing to pull the rug from under him by selling that production spot to you for a higher profit.

If it's the former, they wont negotiate, and you will need to find another dealer or another production window.
If it's the latter, they will negotiate gladly.

I heard he doesn't work there anymore, he moved to a different GA dealer.

Adrian is at United BMW in Gwinnett. I emailed him and unfortunately he doesn't have any allocations either.

Do you think you can negotiate any further with that dealer, that way you still get the immediate allocation and a good price too
