Is there any rotor replacement only, for CCB ? Except the iron ones, which will work with current calipers?

All brake kits are front and rear bundled (save 10% than purchase separately), and not just the front like other competitions' offer. Our rear two piece rotor features iron liner for emergency brake, we are the only brake company offers rear two piece rotors w/o compromising the OE integrity.

RB is the most comprehensive brake store for M3/M4 brake upgrade, no matter it's for brake pads, two piece rotors, or complete brake kits. Whether it's iron or CCB we have them all.

Can anyone find a better price for a track worthy brake kit for M3/M4 than RB kit?

Compare this front only Brembo kit ($4,594).

RB front two piece rotor images - Preparing for Scott's SCTS Racing M4 race car.

These track duty RB rotors are made to 32mm in thickness (vs. OE's 30mm)

Our new all black EDP paint finish can protect any pad un-contacted area from rusting.

The paint shall disappear after a few stops during bedding like this two piece for Corvette ZR1 CCB conversion. (390x36)

Do you offer a caliper spacer to run oversized discs? Or did the R8 owner source that himself?

Thinking about the complete f80 gold caliper package. Can this package be had with larger front rotors and not the 374mm?

No. We make it to one solid piece to ensure the installation integrity.

Installation with adaptor.

Kit also includes longer caliper mounting bolts.

Our standard CCM rotor size are 394x36mm front and 380x34mm rear, as we use Corvette ZR1 CCM discs to build our CCB brake kits in order to keep the buying cost low and more so for the future disc replacement (~1/2 or less of BMW CCB).

OE gold 6/4 pot calipers design criteria are in our database, we can build the front CCM kit but not the rear due to the rear OE caliper was made for 30mm rotor(see next post why).

Complete CCB brake kit with RB 6/4 pot calipers with 394x36/380x34 ZR1 CCM rotors can be made available.

RB calipers are GTR track racers' favorite for the extra rigidity than OE to eliminate the taper wear, and with open top for easy brake pad change w/o having to detach the calipers.

RB front 6 pot track duty calipers w/different finish:

This 394/380 CCM kit will require 20" wheels for proper wheel clearance. Depending on your wheel size, if 19" the rotor will have to be down sized to 380mm (like this Audi kit) or 370mm for 18" which we are building for a racing team for the better availability of racing tires.

This is the rear OE caliper.

The rotor groove is 32mm in width which is for 28mm rotor, and since ZR1 rear is 34mm so the caliper would not fit in.

Alternative consideration:

1. Keep the rear in iron which is same as our CCB conversion rear (380x28) P/N; 2491
CCB front and Iron rear combo kit is same as Mercedes C63 S (only front CCB option is available), and our offer to GTR owners with substantial saving in kit price.

http://www.racingbrake.com/RB-Iron-T...bmw-irk-11.htm

2. Purchase the complete RCCB kit.

We're starting our M4 race car build for Sport Class with RacingBrake OEM replacement rotors using OEM calipers. I really like the black coating that doesn't have to be washed off prior to installing them - will probably soon be copied by the rest of the industry.

In order to adapt OE's 6 pot gold calipers 374mm rotor in the front is the maximum for 18" wheels, however some serious track members expressed they are interested only in 380mm rotor kits; so we have decided to keep the rotor same size as iron rotor in the front and CCB rotor in the rear, but with very serious increase in thickness:

Front: 380x36 (vs. standard 380x30) with wide annulus to fit CCB front pads (77mm)

Rear: 380x28 (vs. standard 370x24) with wide annulus to fit CCB rear pads (52mm)

Despite gold calipers are our buy-out items, we specially price this kit at a super low price for track enthusiasts. Just look at our rotor sizes for the extra thermal capacity you are looking for while stay as stock in caliper/rotor/pad.

Brembo calipers and RB two piece rotors is a wining combination that's hard to beat in performance and value; Comparing to AP/Essex kit in price, and how the kit was built i.e. caliper, rotor and pad sizes etc. more essentially is you still stay within stock configuration and integrity, much easier and lower cost in replacement components.

An innovative brake kit exclusively developed by RacingBrake for track racers, and we look forward to serving your brake needs.

Brake pads data for you to compare with competition's non FMSI pads:

Brake pads under these big 6/4 pot CCM gold brake calipers are huge and thick.

Front pad: 77x20mm FMSI# D1648

Rear pad: 52x18mm FMSI# D1155

6/4 pot gold caliper kit (380/380mm)

How soon can these (front+rear) kits be shipped?

All components are on hand except Gold calipers which take 3-5 days to order from BMW dealer, so figure out about one week after placing the order.
