White smoke on cold start

Hi I just bought bmw m3 e92 dct 2010 had 8.9k
2 day ago I bring to dealership to do general check up before I buy this. Found a cracked in the oil pan and a little leak in transmission pan so I straight away order both and I also attached the fault code.
My mechanic said better change the speed sensor and abs sensor and alternator but is not urgent. So I postpone change that 3 item since it's quite expensive as well.
Should I change that 3 item now or I just wait until it broken?

This is my concern
Yesterday night, When I refills oil about 1/2 liter and I start my engine and it had white smoke but not thick it's like fog/vapor.

I drive around 1 mile to check oil level since the oil pan is leak and dealer not have ready stock I need to wait around 3 weeks.
After that white smoke disappear, I turn off my engine and today I start my engine and it's fine there is no white smoke. Should I concern about the white smoke?
My car had free flow exhaust system (delete catalic)
I live in Indonesia which is always summer and have high humidity 86f and 70% humidity

I read through this forum a lot common issue with m3 is rod bearing, any symptoms when u had rod bearing problem?

Thx for your help

Bearing replacement is "not" required in this case because the car has only 8.9K on it.
White exhaust smoke is normal .

By a Blackstone oil report => http://www.blackstone-labs.com/
But also by abnormal ticking or rattle noises (rattle noises = game over)

So is it 8.9k miles or 89k miles? I wasn't sure if that was a misprint.
