it does not have ZCP nor EDC... I can ship no problem...
But the Car is now wrapped in 3M raspberry blue (identical to San Marino) I may be trading it in very soon....

Do you have a copy of the window sticker?? I've got a loaded E90 and there's no "Executive Package". That is a package created for the F8x, F10, and other newer models.
