Dinan Stage 2?

Does anyone know what the Dinan Stage 2 is or will be? I occasionally see it referenced and even read of only having to pay the difference between stage 1 and 2, but never any results or details of stage 2.

Not out yet. Waiting on intake to be released (waiting on carbon vendor).
