Idrive shut down

So I was driving today and all of a sudden idrive completely shut down. Went to a black screen with red writing that said "no signal". Then it rebooted itself. First time this has ever happened. Anyone else ever experience this?

happened to me once. 9500 miles on my car

Mine did that twice under 1000 miles at the same spot close to the dealer. They did an update but I have not been by that spot since nor has it happened again. There are a few other threads about this.
