There is nothing wrong with the car I am a technician at a shop in Nashville called German Motorworks. I work under 3 BMW Master Technicians and have all been there when I have been working on my car or have done work to my car.
The only issues I have not addressed is the rear subframe and it has no cracks or signs of stress checked 500 miles ago.

I am getting the front bumper repainted by a good reputable nashville shop to fix a paint peel and usual front end chips this upcoming monday August 22nd.

Interior: 8/10 very good for age.
Seats show minimal wear.
F10 M5 illuminated shift knob installed recently
Coby wrapped wheel installed recently.
Factory steering wheel can be swapped out if that is what you prefer.
The car currently has a splatter M paint trim for the dash/shifter trim but I have the factory brushed aluminum trim that can be swapped in.

Wheels are factory spec except offset Avante Garde m310s with PSSs very new 8,000 miles on them.

Mod Bargains trunk and CSL bumper as well as carbon diffuser all painted to match perfectly and fit okay.
The whole car is coated with Ceramic Pro 9H which makes it so much easier and much more enjoyable to wash and keep clean.
The wheels are coated in opticoat which makes the brake dust easy to wash off.

Engine/drivetrain: 9.5/10
Vanos has been fully rebuilt with beisan kit as well as anti rattle and upgraded oil disc. Done by a local BMW master tech at 55k.
Status Gruppe Section 1 exhaust, Agency Power Section 2, Hamann Section 3 I can include factory muffler and section 2 as well
Factory RTABs with ECS limiters at 68k
Manual transmission fluid at 65k
Differential at 65k
Coolant at 55k
Oil changes performed with LiquiMoly 10-60 and Mahle filters only every 3-5k
Valves adjusted at 55k
New Diff axle hub seals at 68k
No oil leaks, diff leaks, transmission leaks, etc.

I can provide records of upkeep I have a whole slew of receipts from myself and the previous owners
