My BMW Production Tracking Error
Is anyone else getting this error message when attempting to track, electronically, the status of their GTS production. When attempting to login into "MY BMW account" I am asked to agree to the Consent To Receive Electronic Communications (ESIGN DISCLOSURE). Upon checking the box and agreeing to the terms, I receive the following message; "We apologize but Financial Services functionality is not currently available." The website then will not allow me to advance to any additional screens and or utilize any other functionality.
I have attempted to call BMW N.A. but they can only give me a manual status update and I have yet to find someone within their IT Dept. who can help me reset my account and not have to utilize another email account. same here. Just kept calling them when I wanted an update. Now someone emails we weekly with an update.
