In an interesting turn of events, I decided to sell my E90 in pursuit of some investment opportunities.

With that said...

2011 E90 M3 DCT
Space Grey w/ Black leather and Carbon trim
62047 miles and will go up slowly (not my daily, but I'll drive it to keep things lubed)
Competition package (will get 219M wheels. Volks that are in a few pictures are NOT included)
Premium package 2
Convenience package
*NO* moonroof
no cold weather package (didn't want the dimples on the front bumper)
Clean carfax/carcheck no accidents
*recall hasn't been done on airbags*

Condition of the car:
front bumper could use a repspray, but otherwise, I'd call it 7.5-8/10 (pics for reference to follow). Rest of exterior is 9/10.
interior has driver side wear on the bolstering, but no tears or major issues. Passenger is almost perfect and the rear seats are almost new

Maintenance:
oil changes every 5-7k miles (I have 2 blackstone oil reports as well)
Spark plugs were done at 58xxx miles
Radiator flush was done back in January
The car's exterior was coated with Opti-glosscoat last year (layered it twice in 48 hours), however I will still include an extra 10cc syringe I have laying around.

Mods:
Asking price of $35,000includes the following PLUS a plethora of factory parts AND a fresh set of interior floor mats that I bought recently:

BMW Performance Mirror caps
BMW Performance Steering wheel w/ gunmetal Verstrabe paddles
Coby alcantara e-brake boot
Milltek Exhaust
Alpine MS DCT tune
EAS Black kidney grilles (side gills in matte black will also be included, never got a chance to install them)
EAS LED angle eye bulbs
iND painted reflectors

Stoptech 380/355 BBK in Tiffany Blue
Ohlins R&T coilovers
*Again, Volks are not included as I'm waiting on the delivery of 219M's wrapped in Michelin PSS*
I just put in an AFe air filter as well

Oh! I'm also not opposed to shipping the car, but buyer pays shipping and, of course, we'll have to figure out timelines for that as I do have a lien on the car for the time being (should be paid and clear in January, but I'd prefer not to wait that long to sell the car, lmfao)

Actually, I'm doing some commercial real estate investing lol. I have a daily for now so I'm just gonna drive that for a bit until this deal gets buttoned up. I may be back, or I may get an NSX. Funny you mentioned that lol.

Must have been the original pool of buyers' preferences. If I'm not mistaken, I think there were more DCT's sold to begin with?

My words were meant as a high complement because your car was one of those that I admired (hence we have twins) and the way you've comported yourself on this forum. The cars I chose would be ones that I'd think about if I ever were to sell my Garage Queen...but then again commercial real estate, especially if there were a deal that I couldn't say no to, might also warrant making my baby an orphan...

I'll definitely be back. There's a reason the E9x was and is my dream car haha. And yeah, man, this investment is family related and can net me a return on investment in a heart beat and then some. Thanks again for the kind words
