You're able to have the ring tone of your phone come through.

I have seen it somewhere, but the person said it causes a delay (I presume while the phone passes off the ring tone) such that they ultimately switched it back.

It needs coding:

CMB_MEDIA 3001 INBAND_RINGING (in HU_NBT) nicht_aktiv --> aktiv
