What else can be done along with rod bearings?
Hello everyone. I'm planning on doing rod bearings soon enough so I'm wondering what else can I replace or refresh since I'm taking oil pan out and getting deep in there? Any suggestions?

Motor mounts-id suggest upgraded ones, and if youd like do the dipstick retrofit like mentioned above. Its not perfect but it works! You could also replace any suspension components in the front end that may need to be done depending on condition and mileage.

What engine mounts are recommended now?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

It looks like oem.
The VT ones have failed a few times very quickly. The BW ones I have are too stiff for comfortable cars but they reportedly break in. I haven't broken mine in. When I do the E92 I'll replace with oem |
