A close friend recently received his new 2017 Comp Pkg M3, and literally drove it from the transport truck to a shop to have the rims & tires removed (along with some go-fast work ).

These rims are basically brand new other than the roughly 55 miles driven to the shop. One rim has a very small nick at the edge (the car came this way from the dealer). Close-up pic below.

Caps are included.

As featured in the pics, he has boxes for the rims, and therefore is happy to ship (you pay shipping & can choose the shipper). Local pickup always preferred of course.

No trades.

You didn't bother to consider how much he paid for the car (which he did not order. It was sitting in an out-of-state showroom & happened to match the exact spec he was looking for). He paid roughly 8k below MSRP.

I don't know how things are where you live, but here in Los Angeles, many SoCal dealers won't even go below MSRP and some are still living in fantasyland and trying to get over MSRP... My friend couldn't care less about a tiny unnoticeable blemish on a rim when he's getting that kind of discount (and I wouldn't either!).
