Lease spreadsheet

Hi all,

I created a lease spreadsheet to give me a visual of what an estimated lease payment would look like based on different variables; MSRP, dealer discounts, fees, money factor, residual, incentives, down payments, etc etc.

I used MSRP of a 2017 M3 with options of a 2018 M4 since they're most likely will be the same.

Can someone have a look to check if my calculations are correct?

Pretty cool and accurate, nice work. There is some good apps out there like Leasematic that allow you to play with numbers as well.

Did you base the 56% residual off the M4 rates?

Yes. I just used whatever was in the M4 thread. You can adjust by 1, 2% to get a better estimate.
