Fedora - Next West Coast ship headed to Port Hueneme on 10/1

I received confirmation from BMW AG that the Fedora is the next ship scheduled to leave Bremerhaven on September 1st chock full of BMW's headed to the west coast.

The Fedora will be making several stops on the way:

Zeebrugge, Belgium on September 3rd
Southamptom, UK on September 5th
Bristol, UK, on September 7th
Baltimore, MD, on September 16th
Brunswick, GA on September 18th
Panama on September 22nd
and finally Port Hueneme on October 1st.

The Fedora has docked at Bremerhaven and loading is underway.

The Fedora has left Zeebrugge, Belgium and is about to dock at Southampton UK in a couple of hours. One more UK stop and then it starts heading toward Baltimore.

Just now passing through the Miraflores locks in the Panama Canal. 8 more days to Port Hueneme!

fleetmon.com - they have a 14 day free trial, although you could probably get something similar from marinetraffic.com provided the ship is close to land (you need fleetmon to monitor the ship via satellite for free). It's the ship overlaid on a google map satellite image. Pretty cool to visualize.

There is also live webcams at both sets of locks (miraflores and gatun): http://www.pancanal.com/eng/photo/camera-java.html although they frequently go offline.
