Considering they get shipped with it on in containers or open air that can get up to 110 degrees in the Ocean and on land on Semis, you should be fine.

Just make sure the film isn?t flapping around. Remove any that has started to peel or is loose. Otherwise you should be fine.

Hmm , is a good question . Not sure but I'd guess the hood could get hotter running on a sunny/hot day compared to how hot it would get while being shipped. Not sure I'd want to risk it. What are you saving, 50 miles of slightly safer highway driving? Funny I think we all remember feeling like that when our cars were new. Try to relax the paint on these cars is really good, it holds up very well. Also , I've never taken that stuff off , it's prbly a no-brainer but I'd rather have the dealer do it in case any minor problems/ difficulties occur.

I have seen these cars, with the wrap still on, being transported on a semi with an open air trailer driving through the desert where my temperature gauge said 114 degrees. I am sure it will be fine with 50 miles of driving in the the 80s.

I know I?m being super OCD. With my current 435 I got a big rock chip on the hood few days into ownership. I knew I wasn?t gonna keep it so not a big deal but I think I?m gonna keep this one. LA freeways are super dirty. Always construction happening and gravel trucks frequent the freeways. Doesn?t matter which lane you?re in or how far back you follow.
