Help - Damaged kidney grille

Hi folks, need some help trying to fix my left kidney grill (F15 2016). One of the fins (?) got somehow damaged and while trying to put it back in place it basically snapped off. Now I am wondering if I can find only the broken piece or do I need to replace the entire grille?

I found covers on ebay but these seem to go over the existing fins.

The ones I have are original equipment, so the slots are grey and the trim is chrome.

I just replaced my X6 kidney grills with black ones. They are brand new, not 1 mile on them.
