BMW Online Entertainment Question

As per BMW UK site, looks like inbuilt SIM is providing data from Deezer streaming via Online Entertainment and only available in 5 EU countries FOC.

However is it possible to switch to my mobile data connection if roaming is not available?

I searched through options but couldn't find any option to switch data connection to mobile phone.

Deezer works with Connected Apps but too much of a hassle to connect the phone and launch the app. It would be really handy if they allow us to stream through mobile data connection. No harm
