Stumbled upon this kind of side skirts for M Sport yey or nay?

Since I have horrible taste - I don't trust myself with cosmetic mods anymore, so I decided to ask community

What do you guys and girls think about those black side skirt extensions?

Looks good but in my perspective, it should matches with body color.

Looks good but only with all the other carbon fiber mods. (front and rear)

Any idea who makes them? Maybe RW Carbon. I keep seeing this kind on their page

I like them. They add a little uniqueness to the M sport.
I am not a fan of those rims at all though lol

I like them, I initially planned on installing them on mine. However, they require drilling into the underside to install them so I held off. I’m still considering them.
I believe that RW and iNd has them. AlanI had them on his F15 & 85, they look good.
Dubesd has them as well, https://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...t#post21101491

I have the ones from RW Carbon. Fitment is about 90%. I mounted them with 3M VHB and some screws from the underside where they will never be seen. They look great but obviously are not the same quality as OEM carbon fiber. But, since BMW doesn't make a side skirt, we are left with these.

I agree that the front and rear diffuser are a must so the sides don't look out of place. I also think that if you go with the ones pictured above, you should also install the rear side fins.

That is an excellent question. It would be very annoying to have to remove them to change out tires or fix a flat.

It is quite easy to get damage by careless mechanic when they lift or jack up the car. So every time the car got lift, need to check it.

Found matched to body color - not the best lighting, it's a AW car I think, but looks silver-ish. Ignore the rest of mods like front and rear add-ons - they are optional and I think too much.

Think it looks way better with body colour paint. Looks like it's stock that way, but anyone who knows where will appreciate it.

Look great to me. I like the contrast - makes it stand out a bit.

I also like the rear spoiler beneath the glass. I have the roof spoiler and would like to add the lower trunk spoiler. Know which company makes these pieces?

Yeah, I was thinking about that lower trunk spoiler too. I'm sure it's not oem, it's aftermarket. I saw on ebay several sellers, but I was hesitant - you never know if fit is going to be horrible or it might be actually descent.

Maybe someone did that lower spoiler and can share his/her experience?

Unless there is a small gap it would fill up with water or snow probably. Plus probably a pain in the ass to keep clean. It does look good though.

On page 339 in Random X5 shot of the day... mindcontrollerone posted pics with a trunk spoiler from eBay. I think it has gaps...

I think melanos picked up one. I asked the same question. He said the water drains over the sides but I'm sure snow would have a nice ledge to rest from it's fall from above.
