Steering feel changes by itself

Has anyone else experienced this?

It has happened to me whereby it will be loose one second and then automatically go really stiffed the next moment.

Any chance you're changing the steering setting?

Sounds like you have an issue with servotronic or something tied to electric steering.

When I start the car it is in sports mode not comfort mode. Is all M's cars in sport mode when it starts the engine rather than comfort mode?
