M front grill inserts on M Sport front bumper

Looking add a few mods to do. Was at the dealer today and they had a 2018 M in the showroom. The front bumper is different than the M Sport but I was wondering if anyone has tried to see if the lower air intake ( right and left) would fit into the Sport bumper? If so looks like a fairly easy mod. Thanks

Not the same bumper man parts don't fit.

Yeah, doesn't fit, but would have loved if someone had made a replica version for us. Guess thats too late now though given that the F15 is over now.

It’s not over...... what better time than now as people want to keep the F15 and change the look.

Totally and I for one like the F15 design better. Not trying so hard.

Plus the interior of the new one is very ehhhh.....

Had the new X5 for 2 months and couldn't wait to get my M sport back!

That's a shame. I absolutely love the interior. Much more modern to me. Outside i agree is trying too hard.

Yea it's a love it hate it thing, It's not wrong in any way. I prefer the execution in the X7 vs how it looks in the new 5 but theirs no wrong or right answer. It's just taste and if it works for you or not.

I still own an r53 Cooper S and never bought a newer one because I don't think they improved on the design since then. Yea teck is better but the designs just get more and more busy and larger.
