Clutch delay valve, stock???
I know that most normal BMW's dont have clutch delay valves, but dont the M cars have them out of the box????

You can't generalize it with M cars. Some do and some don't. Some of the E46 M3s had it and some didn't. It has been investigated and apparently the E92 M3s don't have the CDV.
