Mpss vs pzero

I've had both on stock wheels and aftermarket wheels, both sets are amazing.

Which do you prefer and why? Assume they cost the same, what do you love your wheels wrapped in?

P zeros are trash imo only because of lifespan and also the rear tires always seem to hold up but the fronts melt like butter. At first I thought it was just me but apparently any car that comes with those tires stock guys change em out.

As for MPSS we'll see... I've heard great reviews but we'll see..

I've had MPSS on my F80 and F85. Only had Pzero on F85. I greatly prefer the feel and handling of the MPSS. Pzeros felt like marshmallow.

I had the P Zeros and since it was lease just went with them. I also have them on my 911 turbo. Have to say I didn't like them. They are OK in the beginning but as they wear are noisy.

I’ve had MPSS and PZero on mine, looking to replace the PZero with MPSS in the spring.

I've had both. The P Zeros are fine but they wear out by just looking at them wrong. My MPSS just keep hanging in there. I'm at 19,000 miles on my 21" set and I still have 5/32nds left.

The only problem with the MPSS is that they have magnets in the tread that attract every nail/screw/metal debris as you drive. /sarcasm font end/

I don't know what the beef with PZeros's is. I love that they're bubbly and soft. They grip way better than MPSS but yes they do wear faster.

I guess best bank for buck is MPSS but if you can afford to go through tires every season, I love the Pirellis.

Also, I took my car sideways today. It wasn't on purpose for sure. But I was definitely sideways steering Into the skid. Not sure how it happened in a 4wd but I guess the roads were damp and I probably shouldn't have been on the throttle in the turn. Either way, it corrected like in a commercial. Very very impressed with the F85. But it can get tail happy even with AWD.

I think the MPSS is quieter, handled just as good, and lasts significantly longer. My PZeros lasted 8k miles before I had to replace them. MPSS rears lasted a total of 14k miles. Still on my MPSS fronts that now have 20k miles

My new F85 had PZero's on 20", replaced them when worn, the new ones could not be balanced, were refunded, got MPSS on 21" inches, could not be balanced, Michelin checked and replaced them, new ones are perfect, very good service.

MPSS last about twice as long and at higher speeds appear to drive more straight; sideways grip is excellent.
