One touch auto up

Hi all,
I have an issue with my passenger front one touch close, it doesn't work!

I have an error code 030095

I have tried holding the window in the close position for 5 seconds.
I've tried opening and activating open button 4 times in 10 Seconds

Any other ideas?

Did you pull the code with ISTA?

I don't have ISTA, I used bimmer link and got the code 030095

Maybe I should get ISTA?
