The only useful information in the little paper that comes with the rod bearings is the torque value and where to apply the guck on the bolts

Other information is relevant if you're doing rod bearings with a disassembled engine, like the point on stretch target

ive never followed that but I think its relating to the clamping force being different than what is achieved through the OEM thus altering the total length of the piston rod assembly.
