Just ordered a set of eibach euro v1 and I believe I read somewhere that the rear set is higher than the stock comp rear springs. Is this true? Does that mean I should just leave my stock rear springs and only install the front? Any information is appreciated

I don't think so, you can probably ask this guy for more specifics. There are a couple of us on here including me who installed the front v1s only because we didn't want the rear height to change at all whether it was higher or lower.

I have the v1s, definitely no lifting anywhere front or rear with these springs
