For sale is a 2009 M3 with about 44k second owner well maintained. At 39k the throttle body actuators were replaced. Since owning the car (I’ve owned it about 3 years) I’ve put on about 14k miles garaged every winter. No lights or errors all service is up to date. I have all the original receipts of work performed by BMW from the original owner. When I took ownership I did the servicing myself. Only used genuine BMW parts. The car has keyless entry and start so the keys never even need to leave your pocket. Premium package which includes a built in compass to the rear view mirror and headlight washer jets, Cold weather package with the heated seats. Dual clutch transmission. 13 speaker premium audio, Bluetooth for calls. Includes the original floor mats (currently installed) and a set of rubber floor mats and a car cover. Leather interior is in good shape with no tears. Paint is 9/10 with typical wear. Car has about $14k owed once payment is made the title will be sent from the bank to the new owners address. No accidents clean title.

Very nice! I agree, deal is perfect… probably sunroof and the drilled license plate in the bumper is why it hasn't sold yet. Someone that doesn't care about those two minor details, and just wants a low mileage e92, will get a great deal.

I'm assuming you would have to finish the payment on the loan and pay his asking price. Hence why it hasn't sold

I highly doubt he's asking $14k + $27k for the car. That makes zero since.

You’d just have to pay me the the 27k I’d pay off the remainder of the loan and the title would be sent to the new owner.

Correct just $27k haha I’ll pay it off out of that! Then the title would be shipped from the bank to the new owners address.
