JB4 no power

New to the f15 platform, just picked it up on Wednesday. I ordered the jb4 w/Bluetooth and installed it today. Everything seems to be connected correctly but no power to the jb4 and/or it’s not working. My iPhone jb4 app says it’s connected but can’t access the jb4 itself and no feedback is given.

Anyone else experience this? It’s a 14 x50i xdrive
