Hi,
I don't see on my break in service invoice any mention of them changing my differential fluid. I have 21k on the car right now and am scheduled for service for the 3y service in a couple weeks. I know it should have been changed (and maybe it was), but I want to bring it up to them at the service. In any case what happens if they didn't change it? What am I risking here and what recourse do I have? Edit: saw the differential fluid part number on my invoice, though it didn't have the description of the job. Looks like it was done!

I wouldn’t worry about any damage, but I would change it out no later than 30k miles as a good (but not mandatory) preventative maintenance practice.
