BMS BOV without electronic wastegate

With the a BMS BOV installed will i be able to turn off my electronic wastegate ?

A blowoff valve expels pressurized intake air back into the atmosphere upon closing the throttle (as opposed to into the intake tract/throttle body). A wastegate is used to route exhaust gases to bypass the turbo(s) to control boost. One has nothing to do with the other.
