Question on potential power loss

Just got ssp clutches put on. I also got plugs and coils done while I was there, and think that may be the culprit.

I have bm3, catless downpipes.

Only showing 640-650 on the performance screen....was showing high 700’s prior to this trip. Which would put it around the 640 they claim at the wheel. Also a slight hesitation.
Or the tune got flashed back?

Anyone seen anything like this? I’m taking it back to the shop, but was curious what would cause this.
