Just bought a house and have another car in-bound so after lots of internal struggles, I have decided to list my dream E90M3 build. I started with the hard to find 2011.75 ZCP sedan with full extended Fox Red interior. Exterior is Jerez black. Car was being built to be the ultimate dual-purpose weekend car and no expense was spared in selecting parts or doing maintenance work. Most of the mods are very new or have less than 10k miles on them. I wanted to list here for a week or so before heading to Bring A Trailer in the hopes that a real enthusiast gets it first.

Engine was replaced at 69k miles on the chassis due to rod bearing failure. Engine was replaced with a donor engine with 25k miles on it, all gaskets and seals were refreshed at that time and OEM rod bearings done. 12k miles later I decided to add a Harrop supercharger and refreshed the rod bearings with BE bearings, did a full DCT service, did the throttle actuators, water pump, thermostat and swapped over to a fresh CSF radiator and added a ton of other upgrades.

After break-in with the Harrop, I was able to get invited to be a Harrop Stage 2 beta customer, so car has very special setup that only a handful of us have and is not available to public. More details will be available to the buyer on this setup but it is much faster than when it had Stage 1. Car easily 50K in upgrades if you want to replicate this build.

The only mods I had yet to do was the suspension, I had some MCS 3-ways on it for a bit, but went back to stock ZCP to be more comfortable and more durable. Was going to do the Bilstein Clubsports when they are back in stock.

Car has a clean title in hand, no accidents, no loans. Only driven on weekends. Current mileage is 82,700 on chassis with 38k on engine but will go up slightly as driven. Interior is in great shape, with no rips, tears, or stains.

Car has been maintained exclusively by MPorium BMW here in TX for the past 3 years. I will entertain only cash+car trades for something special/unique but I need to pull cash out of the deal.

The Bad:

The only things the car needs is some paint refreshing. The front bumper needs a respray due to rock chips and a scrape, there are 2 small door dings and 1-2 small scratches. I was going to do the paint work in the future, but just decided to reduce the price a bit to reflect the work needed since I hadn't gotten to it yet.
