Guys - I have decided to just sell my car as is with minor suspension damage on the driver side and some Cosmetic exterior repairs. I cannot continue to wait for this body shop to refund my money so I have decided to just let her go.

RW carbon complete set front lip, rear diffuser and side skirts. (Front lip is probably broken from accident)
Carbon mudflaps
Rear brake Porsche brake caliper upgrade (tronik) with stainless lines and brand new rotors (in box)
Carbon m power muffler tips
Carbon mid spoiler
IND rear bezel
IND from bezel
IND front and rear reflector replacements new in box
Carbon shift knob in box.
Red on off button
Red m1/m2 buttons
Carbons kidney grilles
New brake pads all around.
Stage 1 bm3
Down pipes uninstalled
HR VTF up front with rear link
New rear air bags

Driver side damage is primarily control arms and axle on front and rear tires. Car is sold as is.

I wish you the best. Although I feel people are going to lowball you with that damage. Maybe keep it in the queue for now until you get a gauge on where you'll end up for a price.

In the meantime, are you looking at an X3M perhaps? Rocketship with better gas mileage yo!

Not in need of them, but might be interested in the lines and rotors if you want to sell them separate from the vehicle. If so, please DM me what kind of lines/specs and what kind of rotors (I assume OEM just making sure).

LOL holdup.... $62k for this? No one with self respect will buy that car at the price even with those lowish miles. You're better off keeping it and using another shop. Or suing the business or something. Anything is better than more whiney posts on the forum, quite frankly.

I purchased my first ever x5 e53 4.8is with same damage for super cheap and thought I had a deal but when started working on it I realized how bad it was and on top the frame shifted. Could've purchased same car with clean title and low mileage for the price it came to be
