Brake Squeal With New Pads

Hey everyone, I just recently replaced the front and back brakes pads on my 2007 3.0si roadster with "Import Direct" pads. The installation was easy, and I drove it around for a few minutes with no problems. Last night after driving for an hour or so, they started to squeal when going slowly. It seems they only make the notice when they're heated up, but the sound stops when I brake. The sound seems to only come from the front pads, so I did some intense braking in hopes that the pads just needed to wear in more, and it seemed to stop it for a good 30 min, but it came back. My only thought is that I cheaped out and didn't get any spray/paste for the new pads. Would driving without the spray really make the sound in the linked video? (you might have to turn your volume up a bit to hear it)
Thanks!

Garage List
Never cheap out when it comes to brakes
  • Did you flush the brake fluid?
  • Did you follow the pad manufacturers "bed in" proceedure?
  • You didn't use any brake grease on the manufacturers many specified locations?
