Weird split screen in idrive after screen upgrade!

I upgraded my 15 M4 crappy screen to a 10" from Andream. Looks great, but I cant get rid of this weird split screen on the right. Any guidance appreciated! Also, Andream support isn't very responsive.

Fixed it!

Factory passcode 1368 and you need to change the vehicle type to the bigger screen.
