Help Needed….. Radio Cuts Out

Hi all,
Recently purchased a 2016 750i. It hasn't been love at first sight, to be honest. The main issue has been what i think is a short with the radio. Radio cuts out whenever I let off the accelerator. Also, my seatbelt alarm sounds when there's no one in the seat. Does anyone know what may cause this? Is it a grounding issue?
