Yes. Stear clear of the company. I've been running one for years. Product is fine but don't expect any support from them. They simply source from China. In fact last one I got from them was dropped shipped from China.

Hello, all my first post,
Has anyone tried the Koason 12.3inch Android Screen Display I'm thinking of putting it in my Xdrive40DM the only reason is I'm emigrating to Australia from the UK and have been told not to upgrade my satnav from UK to Australia as it may not work.
