Anyone Have Warranty Repair Denied Due to CDV Removal?

Just curious if anyone has ever had a warranty issue in the drivetrain denied due to having removed the CDV restrictor?

I think they would have a hard time knowing if you removed it. They’d either have to remove your slave cylinder and check which isn’t easy or be really keen on what these cars feel like with or without the CDV
