Parking brake operation

Quick question, when I park on an incline I’ll shift to neutral, set the parking brake, foot off brake to make sure the parking brake is holding, then shift to park. A few seconds after shutting the engine off I can feel the car rock ever so slightly like it’s settling even though the parking brake was set and holding the car in neutral.

Is this normal?
