I was in no way defending what he said, simply pointing out that his post was not an American vs Japanese comment as suggested by your reply. The use of the word "RICE" to refer to Japanese manufacturers along with a comment about the quality of their cars implied a misunderstanding of the term. |

Rice isn't a car or manufacturer, it what you do to a car..! I personally laugh at the "Ricer" mentality, because typically those people are more concernd about having their car look faster, than actually spending the $$ and making their car faster. Their shouting out to the world and trying to get noticed, even if it's 2:30 in the morning and that riced out Honda Accord is comming down the street with those giant silver mufflers and waking everybody up..! -Garrett |

I wouldn't mind having the 135i sound like this:

this is the one i like too. if i wanted a catback, i would get this one. however, when i get the 135i, i think i'm going to run a downpipe with a high-flow cat, to the stock catback to avoid police attention. they're pretty strict where i live. i'd rather have a high-flow catted downpipe going into the stock exhaust than the downpipe into an aftermarket catback making it sound buzzy.
