Repo Site

Has anyone ever bought a car off a repo site? Came across https://repodepotinc.com/. Apparently a G80 base manual just sold for $42K. They seem to have really nice inventory, often have the window sticker and detailed photos/service records. Seems too good to be true.

Curious too. will look back here for more informed answers. But gut feeling says if carfax is clean, and photos look OK I want to say its OK. There are some basically new cars on here. I guess it mainly depends on the repo scenario? Was there some poor guy trying to drive the car away while one end was connected to a tow truck? Those vids are rough.

Anyone know what a repo will look like on a carfax/title down the road?

Ha, yeah. Have not been able to find much of anything about this company online, but did come across this: https://www.scam-detector.com/valida...nc-com-review/

Would not call it a glowing review and the site only seems to have been around for a short time (def not 6 months!).

Oh well, back to looking at BAT/Cars and Bids overpriced auctions.
