Strange Small Brownish Puddle

Hey Folks, have kind of an idiotic OCD question.

Yesterday I noticed a very tiny puddle of what looked like brownish/orangish water thats trickled it's way from where the oil drain opening is to the front of the car just under the bumper. I could physically see droplets hanging from the skid plate.

It doesn't look oily and my charge cooler coolant and radiator coolant are both topped up and green (IDK why it's green we bought it from a BMW dealer).

The car's been sitting in the garage and hasn't been driven in a month so i'm quite puzzled how it just randomly started leaking something overnight.

Is it possible it's water from a previous drive that accumulated somewhere and is releasing itself now? We've had some freezing temperature and it has indeed started to warm up. Maybe dirty water mixed with debris from some rain gutters?

I plan on jacking it up and taking a look over the weekend just haven't had time with work and the suspense is literally killing me.

Or maybe i'm tripping balls and it's literally nothing...

Green coolant is ht-12 and is up to date
Orange or brown usually indicates oil that’s watered down
