Concerning colored emblems?
Has anyone boughten bimmian colored emblems before?
I'm considering purchasing them, and I need advice on which color would be best fit. My car is BSM with Coral Red interior And I don't know whether the Imola Red will go better or the Bright Red will. The emblems are all 4 rims, front, rear, and steering wheel. Here are pics: http://www.**********s.com/product.a...bmw-e87-ext001 http://www.beastpower.com/Merchant2/...ROUNDEL-LABELS and also on bimmian.com Iono, i don't want reflective red cuz i dont want half my emblem shiny and the other the solid white. I know i may be over analyzing this, and it may be stupid, but I just wanna spend my 15 dollars wisely  |

OK......Keep in mind that this is just my opinion but:
The colors of the Rondel represent the Bavarian flag......to change it is just wrong.

Yeah...I know. I know. Well, the things are removable, so if it turns out to look too cheap or tacky, I'm gunna remove it.
Oh. and also, has anyone actually bought these vinyl overlays before? How is the quality? |

Don't Listen to Them!! I am planning on chaning the color of the emblems for sure! I think it looks a lot cleaner and sets your car apart. And honestly I dont care at all about the Bavarian flag. Maybe if you lived in Germany it would be a different story, but this is America man!! Do what you want and if you think it looks good, by all means go for it!

IMHO the Black, Brushed or Carbon Fiber is interesting somewhat like the Roundel image on a key chain or other. However, the bright primary colors seem like the trend a decade or so back when the huge biplane wipers and other matching color accessories were de rigeur on slammed Japanese coupes and they painted all the chrome bits to match the exterior paint, especially in white.

Well I'm either going to slap on the imola red emblems and leave the calipers, or get the brake calipers red and leave the emblems. Or, if i can get my hands on my friends' extra jet black ones, then i'll put those on. Cuz i dont want it getting too much.
