SOME NEW SET OF WHEELS
I WANNA BUY A SET OF WHEELS FOR MY 135I ONCE IT COMES IN....
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS THE LIMIT FOR THE WHEELS. 18" OR 19" OR 20" ?? AND HOW WIDE CAN I GET A TIRE 7,8, 9 " ?? THANKS... |

^^ Other than BMW accessory wheels, best to wait until quality wheel makers start making wheels specifc for the E82. You can get into serious rubbing issues with aftermarket wheels at this point. There's very little room in the wheel wells.

you can run 20's as long as you mind your rim width, tire sizing, and offset. If wheel weight matters to you I would make sure you aren't mounting boat anchors as some here say!

There are about 4-million discussions on wheel and tire sizes on this forum. Search will provide you with all the answers you require. Or in this case may result in many more questions. EDIT: SORRY. I didn't mean to yell. The search function is a valuable tool and I wanted khmike10 to know about it. But when I went back and read my post it looked like I was yelling.

Welcome to 1Addicts, khmike10. There is a ton of info in this very forum. It basically boils down to not very many wheels are presently available that have correct fitment for the 1-series, so buyer beware. And it does make for much easier reading of your posts if you turn off the CAPS.
