What to check for at delivery time...
Since many of us will be taking delivery soon, I was wondering if there is a good checklist of what to review before handing over the check. I assume the usual check of paint problems, miles, etc., but are there other things I need to be checking? Are there any special programming steps or options to know about, or any unique BMW gotchas that people miss?
Those of you who have taken delivery of new BMW's previously may have a good perspective. Thanks! |

One thing I remember seeing is the distance that the passenger side window rolls down. It seems that a couple of people had cars where the glass was still sticking up when it was rolled all the way down, and it had to be adjusted, or reprogrammed.
Other than that I think scratches are the biggest worry. |
